It's been a difficult week of adequately juggling the McLuhan essay and the final drafts of the Macmillan book. The more I work on the details, the more I worry that the options are so vast and overwhelming that I'll never be able to do 12. I've attempted the second spread at least three times, taking hours on each, and worried about everything from the characterisation to the lighting.
